Oakhill Avenue
Oakhill Avenue is a gorgeous residential project featuring tailor-made external concrete wall panelling developed in collaboration with the architects at Studio Farshi/Carver. MASS Concrete manufactured and installed the panelling to create a beautiful bespoke planter and colonnade that encircles the new glass extension on the property. This eye-catching extension showcases a concrete mix featuring dolomite sand that creates a stunning shimmery finish on the product, enhanced by the natural light in the garden.
Oakhill Avenue was longlisted by ‘Don’t Move, Improve!’, an annual competition organized by New London Architecture (NLA) that honours exceptional home improvement projects throughout London. This recognition highlights the project’s success in revitalising the existing property through innovative and exemplary design.
