Bespoke Concrete Wall Panels
Our team will create concrete wall panels bespoke to your project. Board-mark textures, flutes, geometric patterns or rock-face - the possibilities are endless. Panels can be curved, 3-dimensional, flat, large-format or shaped and we can incorporate water jet cut, or cast, knockouts and shapes for features such as lighting or lift call panels. Panels can be debossed or embossed for signage, for instance, for Company logos, lift indicators or floor levels.
We have developed a range of mechanical hanging solution systems to carry and restrain panels, whilst still providing 3-way adjustment on site. Alternatively, panels can be face-fixed, with exposed fixings, or recessed behind concrete discs. Where appropriate, panels can also be adhesive bonded to a stud partition wall lined with suitable facing. The approach and solution will always be defined by a number of considerations, not least, panel size, handling, access and any specific site constraints.
