MASS Concrete launches MassWorks, a brand dedicated to off-the-shelf concrete furniture

Concrete is more versatile than people think. With choice in textures, patterns, shapes, embossings and additional features, you can create a unique design that perfectly suits the look and feel you are trying to create in your space.

Concrete wall panels are becoming popular in modern commercial construction because of their versatility and many benefits. The flexibility in use means they can be part of the interior design for any type of building, be it a hotel, restaurant, shop, healthcare facility, office space or educational facility.

MASS Concrete had the exciting opportunity to work with Mix Interiors on designing and manufacturing the 2024 Mix Awards trophies. The Mix Awards recognise the creativity and innovation within the interior design industry. This year marks the 20th anniversary of the Mix Awards and Mix Interiors wanted to celebrate by redesigning their trophies to incorporate recycled materials to highlight how interior design styles are changing to accommodate a more sustainable future. 

As we reflect on 2023, we would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our clients for the opportunities that you have given us throughout the last 12 months.  We have been lucky enough to work on some fantastic and, at times, challenging projects, from an iconic world leading heritage site, to green credential commercial office spaces and luxury residential spaces.  We are grateful to you all.

January 2023 marks MASS Concrete’s 20th Birthday! To celebrate, we thought it would be a great idea to reflect on how far we’ve come.

2022 has definitely been a year to remember! The team at MASS Concrete have seen plenty of exciting developments over the past 12 months, and we can’t wait to head into 2023 with even more to look forward to. MASS Concrete are a UK manufacturer and supplier, all of our products are designed and manufactured in-house here in sunny Bournemouth, Dorset, UK.

At MASS Concrete, sustainability is always at the forefront of our manufacturing thought process. How can we better ourselves? How do we continue to improve upon our processes and our products to have an even better positive impact while still delivering the fantastic products we pride ourselves on?

Sustainable building solutions and ensuring that the materials used within projects are sourced and manufactured sustainably is a key thing for architects and contractors to consider within construction.

On Monday 19th September, the United Kingdom will unite to mourn Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
