GR84_P_LE_INT

The GR84P_LE_INT sample showcases a bespoke concrete finish defined by its distinctive pigmentation and smooth, understated surface. Marine blue and yellow pigments are blended within a fine 0–1mm dolomite sand and white cement base, creating a unique colour composition that brings character to the material while maintaining a refined architectural appearance. With its consistent texture and considered use of colour, this sample offers an opportunity to introduce a distinctive concrete finish into interior applications. With a Light Reflectance Value (LRV) of 28.76%, the surface has a relatively low level of light reflectance, contributing to its visual depth.

 

Every MASS Concrete mix is developed with sustainability in mind. For pigment-led finishes such as GR84, we focus on considered material selection, using locally sourced sands and aggregates where available and suitable for the project to reduce transportation distances and support regional supply chains.

 

Depending on the application and performance requirements, opportunities to incorporate alternative or recycled materials can also be explored. Our bespoke mix design responds to each project’s aesthetic and technical requirements, allowing architects and designers to consider the relationship between colour, surface character, durability and environmental impact when specifying a smooth architectural concrete for interior applications.
