Architects, TP Bennett, turned to MASS Concrete to assist with their project for Aviemore c/o Patrizia Ltd at Chineham Park in Basingstoke. 

The 54,400-square foot refurbishment and extension of the building at the entrance to Chineham Park was to present a modern and high-quality interior with improved space and surrounding landscape.

Part of the concept involved feature wall cladding by MASS Concrete to the lift and stair core running between ground and first floor, together with a bespoke concrete reception desk.

The concrete wall panels were bespoke manufactured ribbed GRC in a smooth finish.  MASS worked with TP Bennett from the original concept stage to develop a unique tone and texture, using a bespoke colour match of warm Black.
