Axtell House, Soho

Axtell House is a state-of-the-art redevelopment of a 1920’s Art Deco style office building. Concept design by Darling Associates has provided improved access, greatly enhanced building performance and a new roof level garden terrace. Extensive restoration works by appointed main contractor RED Construction features MASS bespoke precast concrete tiles to the ground floor and lift lobbies, along with wash hand basins across all levels of the building. A surface etched pattern compliments the Brass fretwork and creates and unique and timeless aesthetic.
