Harella House, Clerkenwell
Situated on Goswell Road, this 1930’s warehouse and former clothing factory in London’s Clerkenwell now provides 3,107 m2 of flexible work-space over six floors.
In 2017 Piercy and Co approached MASS Concrete to explore concept finishes. Fast forward to the tail end of 2019, and a main contract managed by BW, MASS Concrete manufactured stair treads, floor and wall panels, all using an imported sparkling White marble from a specific Greek island, to this stunning feature terrazzo-feel reception space.
The refurbishment of Harella House has resulted in an environmental upgrade and BREAAM rated Excellent.
