One Bedford Avenue, Fitzrovia, London
Designed by Bennetts Associates and developed by Exemplar in partnership with AshbyCapital and The Bedford Estates, One Bedford Avenue occupies a site on the corner of Tottenham Court Road. A number of new sustainable features were added to the building in this £33m mixed use refurbishment scheme with main contractor MACE. 71,000 sq ft of high-quality office space over seven floors and 14,000 sq ft of retail at ground and basement level with a double height reception and lift lobby clad in MASS Concretes Pumice finish. MASS also supplied bespoke concrete stair treads to compliment the scheme.
